Novelty Hill is owned by the Alberg family. In Woodinville, Washington, Novelty Hill and Januik are two independent Washington wineries that share a winemaking facility and tasting room, having put down roots at their shared Woodinville winery in 2007. Andrew Januik crafts wines for Novelty Hill alongside Mike Januik.

Novelty Hill’s Stillwater Creek estate vineyard is located on a steep, south-facing slope on the Royal Slope of the Frenchman Hills, with a selection of varietal clones. Planting at Stillwater Creek Vineyard began in 2000, and the vineyard features fractured rock and extreme southern exposure for reds, especially Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. In March 2007, Stillwater Creek became the first Columbia Valley vineyard certified Salmon Safe for environmental practices that help protect habitat for Northwest fish and wildlife.
On VinoVoss, Novelty Hill has 6 wines in stock: 4 red, 2 white. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 137 ratings.
