Olim Bauda is a wine producer in Monferrato whose brand began in 1961, when Agostino Bertolino bought a historic residence there. Since 1998, siblings Dino, Diana and Gianni Bertolino have produced wines at Tenuta Olim Bauda. On 31 December 2009, the Bertolino siblings, Agostino’s children, reunited the Bauda and Bauda Bassa properties.

The Bertolino family owns about 100 hectares of organically farmed land, roughly a third of which is planted with vines. The estate’s vineyards lie in several Monferrato municipalities, generally on marine clay-sandy marls and limestone. Its organic farming certification covers all its production. Its wines include Barbera d’Asti, Nizza DOCG, Cortese, Grignolino and Moscato d’Asti.
On VinoVoss, Olim Bauda has 2 wines in stock: 2 red. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 46 ratings.
