Marenco

Marenco is a wine estate in Strevi’s Bagnario Valley, founded in 1925 by Michele Marenco. From the early 2000s, the family’s three daughters, Michela, Doretta and Patrizia, carried on its work with Michela’s husband, Giovanni Costa. In 2001, winemaker Patrizia Marenco planted one of Piedmont’s first Albarossa vineyards. Michela and Giovanni’s eldest son, Andrea Costa, joined the business in 2014.

The family uses organic farming practices, and all Marenco wines are made exclusively from native varieties grown in estate-owned vineyards. Vinification, ageing and bottling take place at the winery in Strevi.
