The Lisini estate’s tower dates back to the 1300s, and the Lisini-Clementi family has roots in Montalcino since the mid-16th century. In the early 1700s, Captain Silvio Clementi resided in Montalcino and acquired properties in Sant’Angelo in Colle. The Clementi and Lisini families united in 1846 through the marriage of Francesca Clementi and Lodovico Lisini. In 1967, Elina Lisini co-founded the Consorzio del Brunello di Montalcino with 24 other estates and served as its President.

The estate spans approximately 150 hectares in the southern area of Montalcino, located 8 km from the town center and 1 km from Sant’Angelo in Colle. It has 27 hectares of vineyards, which are situated near Sant’Angelo in Colle at 350 to 500 meters altitude. Sangiovese is the only grape variety grown on the estate.
