With a heritage dating back to 1694, Knorhoek is a Stellenbosch wine farm shaped by generations of families, including the Beyers and Van Niekerks, and has been part of the region's agricultural and winemaking history. In 2019, the Gaiduk family acquired the estate.

The farm is named for the Knorhoek Valley, a natural amphitheatre enclosed in mountain folds, with vines that ramble across the foothills of the Simonsberg and are surrounded by the Conservancy. Vineyard management uses sustainable and regenerative practices with a focus on soil health, light interception, and water preservation. The vineyards include a certified old vine block planted in 1980, which was nicknamed The Gallery by viticulturist Nico Walters, and the farm's plantings place a focus on old vine Chenin Blanc and traditional Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon.
On VinoVoss, Knorhoek has 2 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 27 ratings.
