Hauts Baigneux is a wine estate in the Touraine-Azay-le-Rideau appellation, purchased in 2012 by Chinon winegrower Nicolas Grosbois and his friend and business partner Philippe Mesnier. They wanted to draw greater attention to the area's little-known vineyards.

Its 17 hectares of vines occupy plots in Cheillé, Saché and Vallères, with an average vine age of 40 years. The red varieties are Cabernet Franc, Gamay noir and Grolleau, while the white grape is Chenin. The estate works its vines and makes its wines according to organic standards, while also following biodynamic principles and practising biodynamic market gardening. Its wines include Clos des Brancs, a cuvée aged in wood.
On VinoVoss, Hauts Baigneux has 4 wines in stock: 3 white, 1 rosé. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 20 ratings.
