Domaine Bois de Boursan is a wine estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, operated by Jean and Jean-Paul Versino. Its 10 hectares are spread across 27 plots planted with 13 grape varieties, and the vines have an average age of more than 50 years. Each year, these vines supply the grapes used to make the estate's wines. No synthetic plant protection products, pesticides or treatments against botrytis are used in the vineyards. The wines are aged for 18 months in different woods and undergo no filtration.
