Cortonesi (La Mannella) is a wine estate in Montalcino. The Cortonesi family lived on this land before the post–Second World War period.

Of the estate’s 56 hectares, about eight are registered for Brunello di Montalcino, mostly in the north, where the cellar is located, with the remainder in the southeast. La Mannella is a delimited area on the slopes of Montalcino near Montosoli, with clay and sandstone soils, while Poggiarelli has stony soils rich in galestro. Its wines include La Mannella Rosso, Brunello and Brunello Riserva, aged in Slavonian oak casks holding slightly more than 30 hectolitres, and Poggiarelli Brunello, made exclusively from southeastern grapes and aged for about 24 months in French oak tonneaux.
