The agricultural work of Collina Serragrilli dates back to the end of the 19th century. Originally, grapes were sold in vats, and bulk wine was sold in large barrels that were loaded on ox-drawn carts.

The lands are located all around the winery, which sits on top of the Serragrilli hill. The estate produces wines exclusively using grapes from its own vineyards. In winemaking, concentration or reverse osmosis technologies are intentionally not employed. Red wines age in 225-liter barriques, 500-liter tonneaux, and 10-hectoliter barrels made of French Allier oak. These barriques are replaced after 4 years of use. Its wines include traditional Barbaresco, which is aged in 25-hectoliter oak barrels, as well as Barbaresco cru Serragrilli, which rests in barriques and tonneaux.
On VinoVoss, Collina Serragrilli has 5 wines in stock: 4 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 27 ratings.
