Castello di Radda is a winery overlooking the village of Radda in Chianti, surrounded by Sangiovese vineyards.

Its 40 hectares of vineyards lie in the municipalities of Radda in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti, and its farming has been entirely organic since 2020.

The vineyards sit at elevations of 350–450 metres in Radda and 400–450 metres in Vertine, in Gaiole.

In Radda, they face southeast to southwest on stony, medium-textured clay-limestone soils low in organic matter.

In the cellar, long, gentle fermentations and macerations in steel can last up to a month, while vineyard or parcel lots remain separate until blending and bottling. Winemaking also involves large casks of up to 60 hectolitres, 500-litre tonneaux and lengthy bottle ageing.
