Camparo was founded in 1980 by Mauro Drocco. The estate's history began in 1980, when Mauro began making wine from the grapes of vineyards around the winery that were left to him by his father. Its members are Mauro, Mirella, Sara, Alberto, and Alessio.

The winery produces organic wine in Diano d'Alba in the Langhe region and has organic certification. The estate consists of 8 hectares of land. In 1995, a vineyard of Nebbiolo da Barolo was acquired in the municipality of Grinzane Cavour. In the vineyards, the estate uses soft Guyot pruning vine by vine. Farming practices also include planting fruit trees around the vineyard and cutting grass mechanically. Additionally, the estate treats vines with plant-derived products such as essential oils, as well as copper and sulfur.
On VinoVoss, Camparo has 2 wines in stock: 2 red. Their average rating is 3.7 out of 5 from 19 ratings.
