The Bianchi Giuseppe estate began bottling wine regularly in 1876. Eva Bianchi and her sons Paolo and Roberto revived the family estate in partnership with the Pasquero Elia family. Luca, Giovanni, and Silvano Pasquero Elia run the revived winery, assisted by Eva Bianchi and her son Paolo. The winery manages 10 hectares of land across the hills of Sizzano, Ghemme, and Gattinara. Vineyards in Sizzano are situated in the Mot Gianin area at an altitude of 300 meters, and grapes grown include Nebbiolo and Vespolina. Winemaking follows traditional methods with minimal intervention; earlier-drinking wines are aged on fine lees in cement tanks, while ageworthy wines are matured in wooden barrels. Its wines include Monte - Rosa Coste della Sesia D.O.P. rosato, Monte - Bianco Colline Novaresi D.O.P. bianco, and Monte - Rosso Colline Novaresi D.O.P. nebbiolo.
