Bellula is a joint venture between Vianney Castan and JP Bourgeois, sourcing grapes from vineyards around Béziers within the IGP Oc. Florencia Stoppini leads the winemaking.

Its wines include Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, each made entirely from its namesake grape, and a Rosé of 60 percent Syrah and 40 percent Grenache. The 2024 Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, with partial malolactic fermentation. The Pinot Noir undergoes cold maceration and gentle pumpovers before resting in stainless steel, while the Rosé is harvested at night, directly pressed, and fermented in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation blocked.
On VinoVoss, Bellula has 3 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 white, 1 rosé.
