Château Coupe-Roses is a wine estate in La Caunette, in the Minervois appellation on the first foothills of the Montagne Noire. Its history includes the Pons family's gradual purchase of houses, vineyards, sheepfolds and a cellar from Baron Treilh de Pardailhan. The estate team includes agricultural engineer Françoise Frissant and oenologists Mathias Paicheler, Sarah Frissant and Pascal Frissant.

Its 22 hectares comprise small parcels on clay-limestone plateaus at altitudes between 250 and 400 metres. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically, using treatments based on sulfur, copper, essential oils, herbal teas, fermented extracts and liquid plant manures. Plantings mix grape varieties, including Aramon, Ribayrenc, Piquepoul Noir and Clairette Rose. All vinification takes place cold, sometimes with whole bunches, and macerations generally last around a week.
On VinoVoss, Château Coupe-Roses has 5 wines in stock: 3 red, 2 white. Their average rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 55 ratings.
