Bartali was founded in 1927 by Alberto Bartali and his wife Leda Pucci. The Bartali family tradition continues with their children Filippo, Linda, and Andrea. In 1968, Rivo Bartali acquired the Campinoti farming estate. In 1976, Villa Casone was acquired, a property that once belonged to Counts Terrosi Vagnoli. The estate is situated in the Chianti zone, on the slopes of the hill on which stands the town of Monteriggioni. The Campinoti farming estate spans 80 hectares of land, with 15 hectares of vineyards facing the town of San Gimignano, alongside 250 olive trees, cropland, and woodland. The Villa Casone farming estate covers 80 hectares of land. The estate's capacity exceeds 18,000 hectolitres of wine, with a potential of over 2,500,000 bottles per year in different bottle formats. Aged in oak, its wines include Chianti and Tuscan IGT wines.
