Azelia is a winery founded in 1920 in Castiglione Falletto by Cavalier Lorenzo Scavino, who began vinifying grapes from the family's vineyards. Luigi works with the support of his wife Lorella and his son Lorenzo.

Its 16 hectares of vineyards span Castiglione Falletto, Serralunga d'Alba and Montelupo Albese, with average annual production of 85,000 bottles. The varieties grown are Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera. To reduce yields, at least two green harvests are carried out in each vineyard every year. Natural ground cover is used without chemical herbicides, while pest control relies exclusively on natural pheromones that prevent harmful insects from mating. This avoidance of chemical treatments extends to fertilizers: only organic fertilizer made from organic cattle manure is used.
On VinoVoss, Azelia has 2 wines in stock: 2 red. Their average rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 123 ratings.
