Arnaldo Rivera wines come from sites including Monvigliero in Verduno and Ravera in Novello. Beginning in 2013, the wines have been the result of an official protocol agreed between the winery and several of its grower-owner members.

The protocol calls for vineyard parcels averaging no more than 5,000 square metres within MGAs and denominations. The sites include Monvigliero on laminated Sant’Agata fossil marl and Vignarionda in Serralunga d’Alba on the Lequio Formation. The protocol’s farming rules prohibit mineral fertilisers and chemical herbicides, require mechanical grass management, and tailor green harvesting to each vineyard’s condition and each vintage’s crop development. In the cellar, it requires prompt destalking on arrival and calls for alcoholic fermentation with wild yeast strains native to Barolo. For Barolo, it specifies spontaneous malolactic fermentation in wood, followed by long ageing in traditional casks and tonneaux according to each wine’s needs.
On VinoVoss, Arnaldo Rivera has 4 wines in stock: 4 red. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 59 ratings.
