Anthony Girard took over La Clef du Récit, a wine estate in the hamlet of Récy near the heights of Sancerre, in 2012 after varied experience in vineyards and wine.

Vines in Morogues grow on Kimmeridgian terrain called terres blanches, while vineyard soils also include soft limestone called caillotes and flint. On the Quincy plateaus near Bourges, the vines grow in sandy-clay gravel soils over lacustrine limestone. Its wines include Sancerre Rouge and the white Sancerre Cuvée Le Chêne Fourchu, which comes from selected plots on the limestone heights of Thauvenay. The latter is deliberately harvested late, with fermentation and ageing divided equally between barrels and concrete amphorae.
On VinoVoss, Anthony Girard has 1 wine in stock: 1 white. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 12 ratings.
