Achard-Vincent originated from the merger of Domaine Vincent in Sainte-Croix and Ferme Achard in Saillans following the marriage of Claudie and Jean-Pierre. Thomas, the son of Claudie and Jean-Pierre, has joined the estate to take over management.

Located between the Vercors and Provence, the 11-hectare estate grows Clairette, Aligoté, and Muscat. Organic farming began in 1968 under the grandfather's initiative following the Lemaire-Bouchet method. Jean-Pierre formalized the organic commitment by following Nature et Progrès specifications from 1982 to 2009, and Demeter-certified biodynamics has been practiced since 2005. Every other row has natural grass cover to promote biodiversity. Treatments are limited to copper salts and elemental sulfur combined with clay and herbal plant infusions. Harvesting is entirely manual in September: early for Muscat à Petits Grains and late for Clairette Blanche. Fermentation continues in capped bottles using indigenous yeasts from the terroir present in the must. Its wines include Crémant de Die, Clairette de Die, and Cuvée P'tite Gaby, made without added sulfur.
On VinoVoss, Achard-Vincent has 1 wine in stock: 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 2 ratings.
