Its conclusion is long and satisfying, making it a exceptional pairing for a variety of dishes, offering seafood like shrimp sautéed in fresh herbs.
Shige
We rarely opt for white wines, but when we were indulging in raclette, this pairing proved to be a soft choice. The wine was thoroughly enjoyable, with no notable complaints to be made.

Williams Selyem Unoaked Chardonnay is praised for its vibrant citrus and green apple flavors, with hints of pear and minerality. While some enjoy its smooth, dry finish and refreshing acidity, others find the tropical notes linger too long. The wine is consistently described as well-balanced and refined, making it a favorite for those seeking a less buttery Chardonnay.
