Allassany
Lush and full-bodied wine with a golden hue, presenting a zesty and sweet aroma. Its nose is filled with citrus notes, offering lime, grapefruit, melon, peach, and honey, which are even by a savory undertone. The tasting is gentle and velvety, with a medium+ body and a long close that leaves a inviting impression.
Naomk Riglioni
Clean and lean white wine with a light and easy-drinking character, exhibiting the best qualities of Pinot Blanc. The wine's tropical and seamless flavor profile is impeccably in line with its Pfalz region, making it a mind-blowing recommendation for those looking for a vibrant and inviting white wine.
Cassio
The Pfalz region's finest biodynamic Weissburgunder is a masterclass in elegance and refinement. Its bright yellow tone is complemented by a mild greenish tint, evoking the sweetness of ripe pears and yellow apples. The wine's elegant balance of suggestions is accompanied by a soothing minerality, punctuated by the gentle warmth of dried herbs. As the tongue unfolds, a clean crispness provides a crisp contrast, while a nuanced tingle on the tongue adds a delightful nuance. This is a wine that will transport you to a state of serenity, perfect for sipping on a crisp Friday evening.

This Weissburgunder offers a lush, full-bodied profile with vibrant citrus and stone fruit notes, though some find it lacking depth. Reviews praise its zesty acidity (lemon, grapefruit), soothing minerality, and honeyed undertones, while others note restrained complexity. Opinions vary on intensity, with descriptors ranging from 'velvety' to 'lean'. Biodynamic qualities and Pfalz typicity receive consistent mention.
The Weingut Pflüger Weissburgunder Quarzit is a dry white wine that provides a sound alternative to Chardonnay. The pale lemon colour in the glass leads to a nose of gentle intensity with notes of lemon zest and raw almond. The body is medium with a generous mouthfeel and a well integrated vibrant acidity that shimmers on the finish as it mingles with notes of crushed rock. A food choice for pasta dishes with pesto. Drink within a few years of vintage.
