Vallevò Pecorino 2025

Voss Expert tasting note

This Vallevò Pecorino presents a luminous straw-yellow hue, indicative of its vibrant character. On the nose, it unfurls a bouquet of ripe pear, white peach, and a hint of wild herbs, underscored by a subtle minerality. The palate is a harmonious interplay of crisp acidity and a medium-bodied texture, delivering flavors of citrus zest and green apple with a whisper of almond on the finish. Its refreshing, saline edge and well-integrated structure make it a quintessential expression of the Abruzzo terroir, offering both immediate appeal and a glimpse into the region's potential for crafting distinctive white wines.
