Ruby wine is a robust and intense red, with a deep, velvety consistency that layers the palate. The accents are multi faceted and layered, with nuances of blueberry, black cherry, plum, and smoke, all balanced by a nuanced spice. The full-bodied style makes it a superb match for robust meats, such as smoked sausages and grilled steaks, as well as pungent cheeses like stinky blue cheese.

Trespass Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with flavors of black cherry, plum, and chocolate. While some find the tannins smooth and well-integrated, others suggest further aging for full potential. Aromas of oak, vanilla, and spice are noted, with a satisfying, long finish. A few reviews mention a drying acidity, but overall, it's a highly regarded Napa Valley wine.
