Clebio
Rich, supple wine with a luxurious structure that provided a delightful contrast to the clean crispness of the Rhys Alpine Vineyard Chard from the Santa Cruz mountains.

The TOR Carneros Chardonnay presents a luminous straw hue, inviting exploration of its layered bouquet. Aromas of ripe stone fruits, notably white peach and apricot, intertwine with subtle nuances of honeysuckle and flinty minerality, hallmarking its Carneros origin. On the palate, the wine reveals a harmonious balance of creamy texture and vibrant acidity, underscored by notes of lemon curd and a hint of toasted almond. The finish is long and elegant, with a whisper of saline minerality, positioning this Chardonnay as a quintessential expression of its terroir, offering both immediate appeal and potential for graceful aging.

Rich, supple wine with a luxurious structure that provided a delightful contrast to the clean crispness of the Rhys Alpine Vineyard Chard from the Santa Cruz mountains.
Volodymyr
Opulent and well-rounded bouquet, with a well blended integration of fresh fruit and light oak notes.
Fraidk
High-quality wine, but ultimately not to my taste. The oak and vanilla notes are overpowering, making it difficult to appreciate the wine's nuances. as I enjoyed the initial glass, the second glass was overwhelming, and I found myself struggling to fully appreciate the wine's characteristics. A well-crafted wine, but not one that I will be revisiting in the near future. A more light approach to oak and vanilla would be beneficial, and I would recommend it to those pursuing a crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc or a more understated Chardonnay.

TOR Carneros Chardonnay is praised for its rich, supple structure and refreshing apple and lychee notes. While some appreciate its elegant oak and butter touch, others find the oak and vanilla overpowering. It's recommended for those who enjoy a crisp, refreshing profile, though opinions on its oakiness vary.
