Schutz Nisen
Bold and full-bodied wine with a deep, reddish-brown hue, exhibiting a round texture and a subtle level of alcohol. The taste is recognized by supple tannins, with whispers of oak, red fruit, cherry, tomato, and earthy notes, all blended by a soft acidity. The finish is long and satisfying, with a lingering feeling of the wine's deep flavor profile.
Tyzy Mariotti
Rich, full-bodied wine with a intense ruby colour. The nose is subtle, with a smoky shade and a note of green fruitiness, whereas the profile is well-balanced and tannic. The finish is smooth, with a elegant nuance of vanilla and oak ageing. A well-rounded and fulfilling wine, with a touch of Naoussa's unique character.
Adherbal
Rich, full-bodied wine with a full ruby hue. Upon initial exposure, the nose reveals a dimensional blend of raspberry, rose petal, and tar, with a trace of leather and oak. As the wine opens, the PN and Nebbiolo tones emerge, accompanied by candied strawberry, cedar, and a subtle rose petal nuance. The profile is similarly layered, with a similar mix of flavors, comprising tar, oak, and a nuance of cedar. Aged for a year, the wine's layers is enhanced, but I found that it was initially under-exposed. whereas I appreciate the wine's depth, I prefer the more introductory Thymiopoulos offerings. A pleasant, yet polished wine.

While some appreciate its layered profile and aging potential, others find it requires time to fully integrate. The wine's bold aromas and harmonious balance make it a favorite among enthusiasts, though a few suggest it needs refinement.

The palate of Thymiopoulos Terre et Ciel is equally impressive. It displays a medium to full body with a velvety texture and well-integrated tannins.
