Banana
Zesty and bracing wine that will be a hit with Sarah and the rest of the family in the summer months. Its racy brightness and light body make it an excellent pairing for Greek cuisine, a clear nod to its Greek heritage. A stellar elite for a casual gathering or a light meal.
Uber
Well-balanced wine that paired admirably with a variety of accompaniments, featuring cheese, charcuterie, and bread with a sweet honey butter. whereas it was a comforting experience, I would have liked to have had another glass to fully appreciate its nuances.
Ouida
Refreshing and vibrant wine with a delicate appearance, expressing a light salmon pink hue. The effervescence is subtle, with a lingering presence that resonates for a while. The nose is defined by the sweet and citrusy aromas of orange peel and a hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is dry, with a light body and a measured level of acidity, giving a flavor profile that is similar to of raspberry. The finish is long and aftertaste is of lemon, leaving a satisfying impression.
