This Sauvignon Blanc presents with a pale straw hue and an aromatic bouquet that bursts with vibrant notes of passionfruit, lime zest, and freshly cut grass, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, showcasing a well-defined structure with bright acidity that elegantly frames flavors of green apple and gooseberry, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. The wine's precision and clarity make it a quintessential expression of New World Sauvignon Blanc, offering both immediate appeal and the potential for short-term cellaring to further develop its complexity.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.

The Vice The House Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in Napa Valley, benefiting from the region's warm days and cool nights, which enhance the grape's natural acidity and aromatic profile. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh, vibrant character, showcasing typical Sauvignon Blanc notes of citrus and green apple. It is designed to be a crisp, refreshing white wine, ideal for immediate enjoyment. The absence of oak aging allows the pure fruit expression to shine, making it a versatile choice for pairing with a variety of dishes.
