Tenuta Scerscé Infinito Sforzato di Valtellina is an exceptional wine from the Valtellina region in Italy. This wine is made using the Sforzato method, which involves drying the grapes before fermentation to concentrate their flavors and sugars. In the glass, this wine displays a deep ruby red color, indicating its richness and intensity. On the nose, it offers an enticing bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, accompanied by hints of dried herbs and spices. These aromas are further enhanced by subtle notes of forest floor and leather, adding complexity to the overall profile. On the palate, Tenuta Scerscé Infinito Sforzato di Valtellina showcases a full-bodied and velvety texture, with well-integrated tannins that provide structure and balance. The flavors of red fruits persist, accompanied by a touch of dark chocolate and a pleasant earthiness. The wine's high alcohol content is well-managed, contributing to a long and satisfying finish. This Sforzato di Valtellina is a wine that can be enjoyed now, but it also has great aging potential. It pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes such as braised meats, game, and aged cheeses.

High-altitude Nebbiolo from Italy and Switzerland yields a rich, fruity profile with a sweet, raisin-like texture. Its long, spicy trail is graceful by a fulfilling earthy undertone. Paired with a creamy uni pasta dish, this wine's deep layers meld together harmoniously.
Sangung
Subtle nose, but with time, the layers unfolds. The texture is well-balanced, with a youthful fruitiness. A good vintage, but patience is advised. A good return, but not yet ripe.
