Tenuta Scerscé is a wine estate in Valtellina with Cristina Scarpellini, a winegrower there since 2008, at its heart. Its development began in Teglio and proceeded gradually because of the fragmentation of Valtellina’s land.

The vineyards extend from Tirano through Valgella in Teglio and Inferno in Tresivio to Sassella in Sondrio, at 400–700 metres above sea level with south to southeast exposure. Planted entirely with Nebbiolo Chiavennasca, they are fully grass-covered, with sandy-silty soils that generally retain little water and have high permeability. Guyot-trained vines run directly up and down the slopes in the traditional rittochino arrangement, while stone staircases connect the terraces. This arrangement requires entirely manual maintenance, which can take up to 1,500 hours per hectare each year.
On VinoVoss, Tenuta Scerscé has 3 wines in stock: 3 red. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 25 ratings.
