Tenuta Scerscé Cristina Scarpellini Valtellina Superiore Valgella Riserva

Crafted from Nebbiolo grapes, locally known as Chiavennasca, this wine hails from the Valgella subzone in Valtellina, Italy. The vineyard's steep, terraced slopes benefit from a unique alpine climate, which ensures optimal ripening conditions. Following a careful harvest, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its varietal character. It is then aged in oak barrels, adding complexity and structure. The resulting wine is elegant, with a balance of bright acidity and refined tannins, showcasing flavors of red fruit and subtle spice. Ideal for those seeking a classic expression of Valtellina Nebbiolo.
