Bold and unapologetic choice, this food wine is best suited for those who crave a more intense experience. The tannins and zest provide a robust foundation, but the lack of cohesion leaves it feeling unfulfilling. For those exploring a more textured and nuanced experience, the ripasso is a better option.

Tenuta Sant'Antonio Nanfrè Valpolicella is praised for its full-bodied and fruity profile, with notes of cherry, blackcurrant, and earthy undertones. While some appreciate its balanced tannins and smooth finish, others find it lacks cohesion and is too dry on its own. The wine pairs well with pasta and meats, offering a pleasant experience for its price.
