Brooklyn
Humble, yet satisfying, accompaniment to our evening's repast. A locally produced wine, rich in flavor and texture, perfectly paired by a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of balsamic. The wine's tannins still have some vigor, but it's a worthy effort. The wine's journey to the villa was a true test of endurance, with a bottle being carefully carried up the 250 steps. I must admit, it's a noble pursuit. The wine's flavor profile is robust, but I think it would benefit from a few years to mellow out. A good wine, indeed.
