Rich, full-bodied with a complex garnet hue, this wine boasts multi faceted aromas of inky fruit, comprising blackberry and plum, alongside undertones of smoke and wet gravel. The profile is described by a unified stability of tannins, acidity, and alcohol, yielding layers of blackberry, plum, smoke, pepper, and meat.

Decent wine with a flavor profile that combines ripe plum and currant accents with a wisp of pepper, which adds depth and complexity. The linger is inviting and refreshing, and the overall moment is enjoyable, especially when consumed the next day.

I rounded up due to the $13.99 price point, which seemed a bit steep considering the aromas of deep black fruit, sweet tobacco, and wet earth. The flavor profile was robust and complex, with bold fruit, cassis, leather, and nutmeg dominating the palate. The conclusion was silky and well-balanced, making it a impressive quality for the price. Overall, I was pleased with the quality and affordability of this wine.

Vini La Quercia Aglianico Puglia is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with flavors of blackberry, plum, and cherry, complemented by flinty, earthy undertones. While some appreciate its balanced tannins and complexity, others find it slightly overpriced. It pairs well with hearty dishes and is noted for its smooth finish and elegant texture, making it a versatile choice for various occasions.
Vini La Quercia Aglianico Puglia has medium to deep ruby color. The nose showcases the characteristic dark fruit flavors of blackberry and plum, along with hints of spice and licorice. On the nose, you can expect aromas of ripe black fruits, such as black plum and blackberry, accompanied by notes of forest floor. The palate is ripe and round, with well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity that help balance the ripe fruit profile. The finish is simple and modest in length, but pleasantly fruity.
