Mastroberardino Taurasi Radici is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, with flavors of cherry, plum, and blackberry. It often features notes of leather, forest floor, and spice, with well-integrated tannins and a long finish. While some find it complex and elegant, others note a need for aging to fully appreciate its depth. Its earthy undertones and smooth texture make it a versatile pairing for hearty dishes.
