Sapanesh
Rich, full-bodied red wine with a deep, smooth grip and a long, slender neck. The nose is centered around by undertones of supple leather, dark, juicy fruit, and earthy undertones, with whispers of damp soil and forest floor. The mouthfeel is dry, with tastes of ripe plum, blackberry, and earthy mushroom, accompanied by a smooth, soft smoothness and measured acidity. The tail is long and satisfying, with a nuanced dash of tannin.
Saachi Sbour
Intense and textured wine with a deep, supple texture. The tones of plum, blackberry, and cranberry mingle with elegant tones of pepper and leather, though a touch of spice adds profoundness and warmth. The tail is long and satisfying, with a elegant mineral and clove body that hangs on the palate.
Rijo
This wine is a perfect pairing for a classic Italian meal, especially when served with full bodied pasta dishes, a hearty red sauce, and crusty bread.
