Pouring a deep and vibrant ruby color, Tenuta dei Sette Cieli's Indaco welcomes the senses with a rich bouquet of ripe blackberries, plums, and subtle undertones of Mediterranean herbs and spices. As the wine opens up, there's a hint of cedar and forest floor, suggesting its well-integrated oak aging. On tasting, the palate is embraced by a full-bodied richness balanced impeccably by a fresh acidity and structured tannins. The flavors echo the nose, with dark fruits taking center stage, supplemented by notes of licorice and leather. The finish is long and satisfying, with a persistent fruitiness and a spicy kick. A versatile wine, it pairs beautifully with hearty Italian dishes, grilled meats, and mature cheeses. With its balance of power and elegance, Indaco promises further evolution and complexity with cellar aging.

Drpower Xberliner
Rich, full-bodied red wine with a soft texture, boasting intense blackberry and inky cherry flavors. Initially, a understated wisp of inky hints can be detected, but as it unfolds, the wine reveals a unified balance of flavors.
Arjav
Bold and well-rounded wine with a deep, dense color. The flavor profile is akin to of leather, coconut, and vanilla, with multiple layers of taste. The wine is full-bodied, balanced, and smooth, making it a excellent value.
Nils
Carbone is overpriced, a luxury restaurant that fails to deliver on its high-end reputation.
