Akaya
Bracing return to a familiar, yet elevated, red wine experience. The rustic charm of the Limnio and Negoska pairings has given way to a more refined, dense style. The tannins are a welcome respite, and the raspberry suggestions add a sweet, fruity dimension. in contrast not a Pinot, this wine's depth and body make it a great recommendation for those exploring a more mature, aged wine.
Andrios Foodie
Rich, full-bodied red with a deep, dark ruby hue. On the nose, it unfurls with a multi faceted perfume of strawberry, tomato paste, and red pepper, accented by the delicate touch of Mountain tea. The tasting is dry and acidic, with a firm tannic composition that gives way to a smooth, buttery texture. The aftertaste is long and satisfying, with a lingering trail of tannic dryness and a trace of spice.
Kedde
Luscious and complex Greek wine with a distinctive bouquet, featuring flavors of ripe red and rich fruits, as well as notes of sweet tobacco and cured meats. The flavor profile is deep and full-bodied, with a dry finish that complements a wide range of dishes.
