Clean and crisp white blend with a subtle zing, its light freshness and traces of lime and pepper make for a delightful enjoying experience.

A luscious and expansive wine with a generous, creamy aroma that unfolds with a zesty citrus note, accompanied by a understated herbal undertone. As it lingers, the profiles become more refined, with a noticeable tightening of the palate. Upon re-exposure to the senses, the wine's follow through is noticeably more defined, with a fulfilling conclusion. A notable improvement after a brief period of refrigeration, with a slight bump in overall quality.

Nostalgic echo of my Vienna visit

What the web is saying

Tatomer Hinter der Mauer is a lively white blend praised for its crispness and zesty citrus notes, with flavors of lime, green apple, and herbal undertones. Some enjoy its creamy aroma and balanced tartness, while others find the mineral and saline finish intriguing. Opinions vary on its complexity, but it's generally seen as a refreshing, easy-drinking wine with a touch of elegance.

Voss Experts4.5

Tatomer Hinter der Mauer presents a luminous straw hue, unveiling a bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is a masterclass in balance, with a taut, mineral-driven structure underscored by vibrant acidity. Layers of ripe citrus and apricot unfold, complemented by a subtle saline edge that speaks to its terroir. The finish is long and precise, with a lingering hint of almond and a touch of flinty minerality. This wine exemplifies the finesse and elegance of cool-climate winemaking, making it a standout in its category.
