Dairl
Dimensional Chilean Sparkling wine with a nuanced profile, featuring herbal, mineral, and fruit accents that are well-balanced, although slightly unbalanced by its high acidity. Its fresh and zesty follow through makes it a top notch pairing for oysters, distinctly those with a raw, uncooked quality.
Bocki
Refreshing and refreshing white wine with a soft integration of flavors, featuring a subtle green bell pepper and asparagus note, tempered by a chalky body and a whisper of wet stones. The ending is long and flinty, with a slight passionfruit and grapefruit undertone, and a whisper of smoke. Recommended for shellfish and those looking for a light-bodied, easy-drinking wine.
Valdo
A bright and bracing Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with a pale, translucent appearance, showing citrusy and herbaceous aromas, with a light, fruity body and a dry, high-acidity profile. The flavor is defined by a sophisticated approach, with a delicate minerality and spicy undertones, supported by a lively finish. A versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes, including raw seafood and lighter fare.

Tabali Talinay Coastal Limestone Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its refreshing and vibrant character, with citrus, mineral, and herbal notes. Some find it slightly high in acidity, while others appreciate its complexity and balance. The wine pairs well with seafood and is noted for its clean, crisp finish and unique salinity. Opinions vary on its vegetal undertones, with some enjoying them and others less so.
The Tabali Talinay Coastal Limestone Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is an exceptional wine that showcases the unique characteristics of its coastal terroir. On the nose, it offers vibrant aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and passionfruit, accompanied by hints of citrus and fresh herbs. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a lively acidity that perfectly balances the fruit flavors. This Sauvignon Blanc displays a remarkable minerality, thanks to the limestone soils in which the grapes are grown. The finish is long and elegant, leaving a lingering impression of citrus zest and a subtle saline note. Overall, this wine is a true expression of its origin, offering a delightful combination of fruitiness, freshness, and complexity. It pairs wonderfully with seafood dishes, particularly grilled prawns or ceviche. Enjoy it chilled to fully appreciate its vibrant character.
