Tabali is a family-owned winery founded by Guillermo Luksic in 2002, with Felipe Müller as winemaker. In the early 1990s, Guillermo Luksic acquired Santa Rosa de Tabali Estate. The first vineyards were planted in 1993, and the first Tabali wines were released in 2002. The winery was built in 2004. In 2017, Tabali established a joint venture with Champagne house Thiénot to produce sparkling wines.

Located in Limarí Valley, the winery was designed for gravity-flow handling of fruit and wine. In the winery, 2,000 oak barrels are used, and wines age in French oak barrels from Jupille, Fontainebleau, Bertrange, Tronçais, and Allier forests. In 2009, Tabali acquired the Talinay vineyard, located next to Fray Jorge National Park, 12 km from the Pacific Ocean, and decided to plant the Espinal vineyard with the help of satellite photos and geological studies. Tabali planted a vineyard at 1,600 meters altitude in Río Hurtado after purchasing Hacienda El Bosque in 2010. In 2014, Tabali acquired the DOM vineyard in Maipo Valley. Its wines include TATIÉ sparkling wine, first launched in 2019.
On VinoVoss, Tabali has 5 wines in stock: 1 red, 4 white. Their average rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 85 ratings.
