This Gewurztraminer presents a luminous pale gold hue, indicative of its aromatic intensity. The nose is a captivating bouquet of lychee, rose petal, and ripe peach, underscored by a subtle hint of ginger spice. On the palate, it unfolds with a lush, unctuous texture, balanced by a precise acidity that prevents any cloying sweetness. The mid-palate reveals layers of exotic fruit and floral notes, leading to a lingering finish with a whisper of white pepper. This wine exemplifies the varietal's hallmark opulence and is a commendable expression of its Alsatian roots, ideal for pairing with spicy Asian cuisine.

Drunk
Harmonious and elegant wine with a soft kick, its bright bracing quality and medium body provide a smooth and gentle texture, in contrast a note of sweetness stays on the palate. The wine's golden color is evocative of ripe peaches and pears, with a buttery tail that adds layers and complexity.
Habil Skerjanc
Lingering, unpleasant aftertaste that lingers on the palate, leaving a bitter impression.
Assal
Delightful experience, even with a comforting side of mac and cheese, which, surprisingly, brings a welcome warmth to the evening.
