This Barolo exemplifies the quintessential elegance of the Bussia cru, presenting a garnet hue with a bouquet that unfolds layers of dried rose petals, black cherry, and anise. The palate is structured with firm, yet refined tannins, enveloping flavors of ripe plum, licorice, and a hint of earthy truffle. A vibrant acidity underscores the wine's depth, leading to a persistent finish with whispers of dark chocolate and dried herbs. This is a classic expression of Nebbiolo, showcasing the finesse and aging potential typical of the region, promising further complexity with time in the cellar.

Ressel Dulery
Wine that has aged significantly, with a rich, intense color and a subtle, round texture. The tastes are complex, with flavors of cherry, plum, and oak, but also whispers of tobacco, leather, and a touch of spice. The aftertaste is short and lacking in depth, with a lingering sensation of shoe leather.
Clubmed
Aged Bussia Cru demonstrates a rich, earthy profile with a well-rounded nose featuring white truffle, porcini mushroom, and a hint of star anise. The tongue is characterized by a smooth, velvety mouthfeel and a rewarding tannin structure, with suggestions of red earth, leather, and charcuterie complementing the gentle sweetness of black tea and a touch of fig.
Kimpang
Aged to perfection, this wine is a masterclass in harmony and restraint. Its dryness is a deliberate choice, one that allows the fruit to shine through. The initial whispers are a perfect blend of fruit forward and subtle, with a nuance of leather on the back end, adding richness and complexity. The follow through is long and satisfying, with plum and cherry notes that linger on the palate.

Stroppiana Bussia Barolo is praised for its rich, complex flavors of cherry, plum, and oak, with notes of leather and forest floor. While some appreciate its smooth, velvety texture and well-balanced tannins, others find the aftertaste short and lacking depth. It features earthy aromas like truffle and mushroom, and is noted for its aging potential. The wine's dryness highlights its fruit-forward characteristics.
