Racy and lively Aligoté from Julien Altaber seamlessly quenched our thirst for a top notch bottle. The wine's rich, stone fruit undertones were expertly consistent by a whisper of citrus and a understated yeasty note, all but its unfiltered character shone through in its creamy smoothness and lively acidity. A truly extraordinary Aligoté!
Tarq
Smooth and elegant wine with a light appearance, revealing a gentle yet vibrant nose of stone fruit and berries, highlighted by a mellow and vibrant tasting with a balanced equilibrium of green apple, citrus, pear, and white fruits.
Deepcore
The foggy straw is a faint and ephemeral vessel, its contents a fleeting whisper of banana vinegar on the nose. A medium-light body, high acidity, and a light milk consistency define its gentle presence. A slight foot or two is all it takes to bring out the soft pine nut notes, at the same time the blue sky fog serves as a gentle reminder of its ephemeral nature. The light body and soft feel make it a apt companion for the birdseye, 한남 region.
