Scala Cirò Bianco

Scala Cirò Bianco is praised for its refreshing, clean character with citrus, stone fruit, and floral notes. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, especially those with herbs and spices. While some appreciate its elegant balance and smooth finish, others find it straightforward. The wine's minerality and subtle complexity are noted, though its acidity and tannins vary across vintages.

Scala Cirò Bianco presents a pale straw hue, revealing its coastal Calabrian origins. The nose is a refined bouquet of white peach, lemon zest, and a whisper of saline minerality, indicative of its maritime terroir. On the palate, it showcases a vibrant acidity that elegantly frames flavors of green apple and almond, with a subtle hint of fennel. The wine's medium body and crisp finish are punctuated by a lingering note of citrus blossom, underscoring its finesse and balance. This Cirò Bianco exemplifies the potential of Greco Bianco in crafting wines of both elegance and regional character.
