The Sanctuary Vineyards Coastal Collage captivates with its medium ruby hue. On the nose, it opens with an attractive array of blackcurrants and dark plums, intermingled with notes of fresh herbs and a touch of earth. Hints of bell pepper and forest floor weave through, adding a layer of depth to the dark fruit profile. On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied with a lightly grippy texture, that frame the fruit. The herbal notes reappear, along with whispers of vanilla bean that carries on the lightly drying finish.
