Deep and plush consistency fills the palate, with traces of tropical fruits and apricot, at the same time a gentle vanilla note adds substance and warmth. The creamy mouthfeel provides a luxurious finish, making it a tailored pairing for roasted chicken, a classic combination that never goes out of style.
Bayley
A wine that unexpectedly surprised me with its nuanced complexity. The initial experience was of a mild apple clean note, but the first sip revealed a richer, more buttery flavor profile that harmoniously integrated with the olfactory sensation.
Kundei
Rich and seamless wine with a soft balance of citrus, pear, and apple notes, highlighted by a light sweetness. The medium body and medium trail make it a versatile pairing option, suitable for a variety of dishes, with tomato basil soup and a chicken Caesar salad.
