Radacini Taking Root Blanc de Cabernet

Radacini Taking Root Blanc de Cabernet is praised for its unique blend of flavors and textures, reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc and Albariño. It features aromas of grapefruit, grass, and tropical fruits, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. While some appreciate its vibrant and lively character, others note its semi-dry, sweet finish. The wine's floral and fruit-forward notes create a delightful harmony.

This intriguing Blanc de Cabernet presents a pale straw hue, defying expectations with its varietal transformation. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of white peach, elderflower, and a whisper of red currant, suggesting a deft hand in the winemaking process. On the palate, the wine reveals a medium-bodied structure, with a vibrant acidity that enlivens its core of citrus zest and subtle minerality. The finish is clean and precise, with a lingering note of green almond.
