Laerson
Luscious and intricate Tempranillo with a deep, supple texture, underscoring the nuances of the Ribera del Duero region. The MLF and 14m aging in new 225L FO barrels have added strength and structure to the wine, though the Med-deep purple color and Med-high intensity on the nose set the tone for a robust and comforting experience. The aromas are a masterful blend of black cherry, cedar, charcoal, violet, lilac, dried blueberry, vanilla, cacao, toffee, tobacco, prune, nutmeg, leather, and a suggestion of spice. The sensation is dry, with a med-high bracing quality and high fine tannins that ripen the wine, and yet the alcohol is well-integrated and the full body is pronounced. The follow through is med+ long, with a pronounced flavor intensity and a light bitterness that lingers. but still too young, this wine is a captivating example of the potential of the Ribera del Duero region.
Zhongjian Vircik
Delicate and sophisticated red wine from Ribera del Duero, offering the winery's expertise in crafting elegant and refined reds with a perfect balance of acidity and fruitiness. The use of French oak barrels adds complexity and nuance to the wine, but its aromas of red fruit and oak are echoing of a intense and polished texture.
