Newcomer to the world of reds, this wine proved to be a standout. The nose was bursting with cherry, a classic and appealing trait. The taste was equally impressive, with a soft and silky smoothness that highlighted the rich tones of a well-cooked ribeye perfectly.
Hosahalli
Graceful and elegant Nebbiolo from Alba, demonstrating a delightful and polished nose with a unified symmetry of liquorice, redcurrant, and ripe fruit, accompanied by a understated tang of sour cherry, a nuanced floral note, and a smooth, gentle body on the palate, accompanied by a rewarding and well-balanced finish.
Rollingos
Balanced and elegant fruit profile with a understated currant undertone, elegantly cohesive by a refined oak presence. The brightness is well-tempered, with a unified interplay of tannins and a lingering finish. A true delight to savor young, yet capable of aging for a decade or more in the cellar, depending on the individual's preference.

Poderi Colla Nebbiolo d'Alba is praised for its rich fruit flavors, including cherry, plum, and redcurrant, with floral and spicy notes. It offers a smooth, balanced mouthfeel with a long finish. While some find it elegant and well-structured, others note a lack of depth in certain vintages. Its high tannins and acidity may not suit all palates, but it's generally considered a good value.
