Saun
Well-balanced and refreshing wine with a racy bracing quality that cuts through the richness of the fruit. The notes of fresh apple and pear are nicely cohesive by a light spice note, but the mineral and smokiness add density and complexity. Overall, a enjoyable and easy-drinking wine.
Novia
Polished and inviting Pinot Bianco with a soft nose and a smooth, silky texture. Its medium body and even brightness make it a superb standout for everyday drinking. The nuances are subtle, but pleasant, with traces of melon, pear, and green apple. The lasting impression is crisp and refreshing, with a lingering chalky note. Overall, a solid, easy-drinking wine that won't disappoint.
Tokunori
Bright and bright aperitif with a nuanced green apple and citrus character, augmented by a mineral suggestion and a fresh grapefruit note. The bracing quality is well-balanced and fresh, making it an excellent pick for those expecting a lean start to the evening.
